Returns
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Items are eligible for return if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, along with all tags, certificates, and accessories.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Custom-made or personalized items, including engraved jewellery, are not eligible for returns.
- Process for Returns:

- We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved within 2 days
- Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Ensure the product is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds

Exchanges
